Our smart assessment helps you check whether Online First Aid suits your workplace – including comparing your industry against ACC’s own industry risk classifications - and provides tailored, practical recommendations to help you better understand your first aid responsibilities under NZ workplace guidance.

We then create your custom digital checklist – so you know exactly what to put in place and can start ticking off your first aid straight away. It includes an easy to use dashboard, editable comms templates, and a right-sized first aid kit guide.

If your workplace needs staff to upskill in first aid readiness, our online learning platform builds a tailored course of short, focused modules — based on current ANZCOR guidelines — covering the specific areas your assessment identified. Each can be completed on a computer or phone.

We provide learning support tools such as a CPR compression trainer, so staff can build confidence in their hands-on skills. These tools stay in your workplace, so any staff member can upskill or refresh their technique at any time.

After completing their required modules, your staff are invited to book a 30-minute video call – a practical assessment and workplace simulation where they demonstrate the key skills and get feedback based on current best-practice guidelines. They can also ask questions and get any extra support or guidance.

When you've worked through your checklist, including all training, our platform lets you download a full paper trail of your assessment and everything you've put in place for your workplace first aid. Ideal for your health & safety reporting, or to share with anyone who needs to see it.

The platform sends notifications of renewals and product expiries to your key contact and individual trainees, so you can be confident you're always covered. The renewal period is 12 months – you simply confirm you still have everything in place and refresh any training.
